Processing time

Orders are hand-checked and packed within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 7–14 days after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. A flat $4.95 applies below that threshold. Rates are calculated at checkout and never marked up.

Carbon-neutral by default

Every shipment is carbon-offset at our expense — no surcharge to you.

International

We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A carrier tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our studio. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page.
